not properly registered with Optimum Online. This may be due to any of the
following reasons:
You are a new Optimum Online customer
You have recently moved
You have recently replaced your modem
To register your modem, please use the Optimum Online installation CD
that came with your self-installation kit.
If you do not have the
Optimum Online installation CD, please click here to register

You will need your Cablevision account number to begin
this process.
